This is a long resistance band with medium resistance! Great for both beginners and those who are more advanced in their fitness journey. We like to use this band for squats, bicep curls, shoulder presses, lateral raises, kneeling glute kickbacks, bodyweight hip thrusts, tricep pushbacks, and SO much more!
This can be used for assisted pull-ups, chin-ups, or tricep dips, but is not recommended for beginners with those movements, as it is only a medium resistance band.
