8 Week Full Body Gym Guide
This is a GYM BASED guide, so gym equipment will be needed. Here's what the guide includes:
- 8 weeks of workouts (4 weeks of unique workouts to be repeated once through)
- Each week includes: 2 leg day lifts, 2 upper body lifts, 1 full body lift, and 2 to 3 cardio workouts
- Grocery Guide: a suggested grocery list to make eating healthy sustainable, as well as tips and tricks for cleaning up your diet
- Verbal AND visual demonstrations for every single exercise in every single workout
- Information on the benefits of specific supplements
You will need basic gym equipment including but not limited to Barbell Squat Rack and/or Smith Machine Squat Rack, Free-Weight Dumbbells, Cable Machine with multiple attachments, Leg Press Machine, Lat Pull Down Machine, Assisted Pull-Up Machine, Hamstring Curl Machine, Weight Bench, Exercise Ball, Medicine Ball, Step or a Slightly Raised Surface (shorter than a bench but higher than plate) Treadmill and/or Stairstepper.
